The Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH) is one of the largest research centres of Greece with well-organized facilities and highly qualified staff. It functions under the supervision of the General Secretariat for Research and Technology of the Hellenic Ministry of Education. The Foundation, with its high quality research results as well as its valuable socioeconomic contribution, makes it one of the top research centres internationally.

Role

FORTH will be the leader of WP3 for data aggregation, pre-processing and availability. In addition, it will participate in WP1 leading the methodology elaboration task (T1.3) and in the definition and assessment of the notion of resilience (WP2). Furthermore, it will participate in model definition (WP4) and implementation (T5.4) leading also the conceptual architecture (T5.1). Finally, it will participate in pilot design and model validation (WP6) in evaluation (WP7) whereas it will be involved in communication and dissemination of the project (WP8).
